Years later I saw recordings of the speeches she and Birnie Sanders made on tour throughout the USA. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, commonly referred to as AOC, has seen her popularity surge. She is a central figure on the American political scene. Regarded, as a potential leader for the Democratic Party, her rise is marked by both admiration and controversy. She is criticized for her progressive views.

According to recent polls, AOC is one of the most popular politicians in the United States. Despite facing attacks from moderate Democrats, Republicans, and corporate media, her visibility and approval ratings remain strong.
