Hey Trump - No Kings!!

No Country for a King

Boston marched against Trumps authoritarian moves to prepare the country for his kingship, until his death. Trump thinks, indeed, believes he is better than everyone else, being called to lead by the spiritual right. Trump’s ego, his arrogance, is so self-ingrained he will do anything, including unlawful dictates, ignoring the constitution and trampling all over people’s lawful rights and ordering the military to occupy cities, California, Oregon, Tennessee and Illinois.

Following Hitler

Hitler’s rise to power was born out of humiliation, economic destruction, racism, and violence.

Trump has deliberately increased tariffs to cause hardship for the masses, to destroy the economy. He targeted illegal immigrants for deportation – rightly so. How he went about it was unconstitutional, splitting families whether they were legal or not. His masked gangs deported everyone who fit a profile, brown skinned from mainly south of the border. It is a strategy Trump uses to plunge the country into political instability, economic hardship, and national humiliation. He blames Obama’s policies for deporting more illegal immigrants than he ever did, using legislation to do exactly the same thing. There is a big difference, Obama followed the law, did not trample over inherent rights and showed compassion when families were affected. Obama did not use masked officials to remove illegals. Masked ICE is analogues to the Brown Shirts of Hitler’s regime.

Months into Trump’s second term shows the speed at which Trump and his acolytes have moved. Tariffs imposed upon allies and enemies alike; currently 100% against imports from China. Deportation of all and sundry. The gutting of government departments and institutions. Accepting illegal gifts, a luxury Boeing 747 from the State of Qatar.

Bostonians Stand Proud

After thousands of Bostonians turned out objecting to Trump, it will be unsurprising if a vindictive Trump ordered troops into Boston. Pete Hegseth the current Defense Secretary, has embraced the title “Secretary of War,” aligning with Trump’s push to project military strength and decisiveness. It is only my opinion, but Trump will order Hegseth to use his War designation when dealing with the city of Boston. Boston could be at risk of being illegally occupied under the guise the city is a war zone and subject to the “Insurrection Act”. Trump may even use the excuse the city is not under occupation, the troops are there as a training exercise.

Summary

In short, Trump’s rise was not inevitable, voters decided on the outcome of the 2024 Presidential elections. They voted on the assumptions that their communities would be protected, or their economic circumstance would be greatly improved. Farmers were unpleasantly surprised when they lost the largest market in the world because of Trump’s tariffs, China. Trump like Hitler was enabled by economic despair or in Trump’s case the fear of it. Nationalist fervor, racist traditions, and the fear instilled of the “government swamp” swept Trump into the Presidency. Once in power, he speedily used legal means, propaganda, and fear, to build a regime capable of committing division in society, and economic suffering. Trump ignored the rule of law, all the while issuing illegal executive orders, in the pursuit of being a King.
