“I’m trying my a*** off.” Cameron Smith before The Open Championship.

The 2025 Open Championship at Royal Portrush is the third time the course has hosted the event. Its legacy as one of the most dramatic and scenic venues in the Open rota.
1951: was the first time The Open was held outside of Scotland or England. Max Faulkner won the Claret Jug, making history on the Dunluce Links.
2019: returning after a 68-year gap, Irishman Shane Lowry thrilled the home crowd with a six-shot victory.
2025: Royal Portrush welcomed the world’s best once again for the 153rd Open.
